One of the many controversies coming out of the horrible mainstream media coverage of the Trayvon Martin tragedy is the invention of a new term, The White Hispanic to describe the shooter, George Zimmerman.
The media invented the term as a way to point out...well I don't really know what they are trying to point out. It can't be because only one of his parents is Hispanic, if that was the case they would be calling Barack Obama the first White Black President. Maybe they are trying to indicate that Zimmerman does not deserve the right for his claim of self

Nothing new about the existence of overpaid La-La Land Limousine Libs preaching Do As I Say, Not As I Do. BUT…to have these decadent frauds dissected & exposed one-by-one is more fun than any tabloid because it’s all true, right down to the last footnote. And in the Did-You-Know? category: in 2010, 1.5 billion tax dollars$$ earmarked by Demo legislators and skimmed off by film producers in 43 states, all in the name of bolstering each state’s economy. The problem is: only a fraction stays in any state while the rest goes elsewhere, including the pockets of the stars and

Let’s look at the Martin/Zimmerman timeline.
To begin with, Zimmerman is in his vehicle (1) as he speaks with the dispatcher. At 0:56 of the clip
“That’s the clubhouse, do you know what the- he’s near the clubhouse right now?”
“Yeah, now he’s coming towards me.”
It does sound as though Martin (2) is walking in a direction away from the clubhouse, toward Zimmerman.

In 1969 a gallon of gas cost 35 cents. So you could filler'up for about five bucks.
You could buy a new home for less than $16,000 or rent one for about $150 a month.
A new Toyota Corona? About $2,000.

...Obama is clearly not a dumb man so what is his endgame in trying to appease and negotiate with a rogue and terrorist regime that is hellbent on destroying the west beginning with Israel?
Would I be too cynical to opine that it is simply his reelection bid? On the other hand, would I be too conspiracy-theory oriented to believe that it is to make Israel more vulnerable to this enemy who would like to see her wiped off of the face of the earth...

That and more from Allahpundit reacting to Obama's challenge yesterday to the Supreme Court not to overturn Obamacare:
The “strong majority” in Congress went 219-212 in the House, with 34 Democrats defecting. Not a single Republican in either chamber voted for it, and as Ace notes, the public itself has been steadfastly opposed to the law since day one. Against that backdrop, it’s an amazing show of balls by The One to dress this up as the Court somehow thwarting the people’s will...

In this news conference, the President claims to be confident that the Supremes will uphold ObamaCare. In fact, he uses the word “confident” at least half a dozen times in this one clip. Sounds like he’s trying a little too hard to convince us.

They’ve been saying it in Arabic, in public, for most of President Barack Obama’s term in office. The leader of the Muslim Brotherhood said it in August 2010: he pointed to Obama’s weakness as a reason for launching a revolution. But the American mass media has ignored it all.
Well, now we have some leaked Syrian regime internal documents that make the same point. In talking points for President Bashar al-Assad prepared by his staff and given him on December 31, 2011, Assad is told to warn pro-Arab Western countries:
America has started to leave our region and there will be no

Bad Catholic on love... and Christ's true expression of it in the Garden:
He said to them, ‘My soul is sorrowful to the point of death. Wait here, and stay awake.’ (Mark 14:34)
Love is hard as Hell. Were we given the democratic opportunity to fashion the world as we wished, I imagine we’d have it otherwise. Love would be a comfort, an abstract — a flaccid feeling forever tickling us into smiles. But then again...

Today the President tried to bully the Supreme Court into ruling his way on the Obamacare individual mandate.
"Ultimately, I'm confident the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step in overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress," the President said.
Interesting how Obama framed that-since when is a one vote margin a strong majority?

Seizing on the scandal involving President Obama’s “open mic” obsequious conversation with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Glenn Beck has announced that Paul Kengor’s explosive new book on Frank Marshall Davis will be published this summer through Beck’s Mercury Ink outlet. Davis was a pro-Moscow communist who helped raise and mentor Obama.
Davis, Beck says, is the key to understanding Obama’s pro-Russian foreign policy.
The new Kengor book carries the title, THE COMMUNIST Frank Marshall Davis: The Untold Story of Barack Obama’s Mentor. Mercury Ink, which is publishing the book, is the publishing imprint of Mercury Radio Arts, Inc., a multimedia production company

Obama is attacking the Supreme Court again. Last time he accused them of “reversing a century of law” which would lead to special interests, including foreign companies, to spend without limit during our elections. You may remember this occasion because Obama uttered the lie during his State of the Union speech, in front of all the justices and in response Justice Alito mouthed the words “not true.”

So, now the Supreme Court has heard the arguments for Obamacare, and even liberal CNN analyst and lawyer Jeff Toobin saw it as a “train wreck.”
Why? Charles Krauthammer has the best summary I’ve seen: (emphasis mine)
