Using the logic of community organizers, Ivory Tower dwellers and career politicians the process of lobbing cruise missiles into Syria with no plan or endgame is merely punitive punishment, not an act of war! Does that mean the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor really wasn´t an act of war either?
